Effective Monday, January 14, please join T.E.A.M. in welcoming
Barry Thomas, LC, CPD to the Durham office as our newest
specification sales associate. Barry comes to us after a twelve
year sojourn with Holophane, most recently serving in their
field sales out of Savannah, GA. He was previously in this
position in Raleigh.. Barry’s primary responsibility will be
calling on the landscape, exterior, municipality, developer,
industrial, architectural and engineering specification account
clients. Barry is a graduate of UNC-W, a retired master sergeant
in the U.S. Army Reserves, and a former military instructor at
the N.C. Military Academy. Barry has extensive knowledge of pxp
layout work with Visual and AutoCad. We’ll get him accustomed to
LitePro before it’s all done!!! He is LC certified and carries a
CPD training certificate under his wing as well. He should be an
information source for all of us and he certainly is an expert
and well versed in the municipality business. Barry’s e-mail

us in welcoming Tania Haywood to the T.E.A.M. Charlotte
office effective immediately in her new role in project
management and sales. A 1992 Business Administration/Marketing
graduate of East Carolina University, Tania began working for
Columbia Lighting (a Hubbell brands product) in Spokane,
Washington in their management trainee program, beginning in the
applications engineering department. Tania returned to North
Carolina in 1995 to be closer to her family, and joined the
manufacturer’s representative business as a specification and
distributor account representative. She has been representing
many of the Hubbell brands for almost seventeen years, and
brings product knowledge, experience, and expertise to our
company’s new relationship with Hubbell Lighting. Tania is a
married new Mom, and she and her husband are fostering children
and in the process of adopting a three year old girl. Please

It is with great pleasure that T.E.A.M. Charlotte announces the
appointment of Robin Gulledge, LC as our new Specification
Sales Specialist. Robin has an excellent reputation in the
lighting business with
25 years’ experience as a lighting manufacturers’ representative
in the Charlotte area. Robin is NCQLP lighting certified since
1999 and is technically trained and experienced in all facets of
lighting specifications. She is Past President of the Tar Heel
Chapter of the illuminating Engineering Society and currently
serves on their Board of Managers. Robin’s responsibilities will
include the promotion of specifications and sales of our premier
lighting products to the specification community.
